SIGN UP 2 SAFETY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. In the absence of prior written agreement signed by an authorised officer of Sign Up 2 Safety Ltd, no variation of these conditions shall apply in any contract, nor shall any other terms or conditions, forming part of or attached to any correspondence, purchase order form or document prevail over these conditions. Orders placed by telephone are also to be subject to these conditions. No responsibility is accepted by Sign up 2 Safety Ltd for inaccuracies in orders taken by telephone.
2. Cancellation of an order by the purchaser shall entitle Sign Up 2 Safety Ltd to retain payment for costs, expenses and losses which it incurs as a result.
3. Although the purchaser may acquire possession of goods, ownership of design and copyright remain the property of Sign Up 2 Safety Ltd. Goods cannot be reproduced, resold or distributed in anyway without the permission of Sign Up 2 Safety Ltd.
4. Sign Up 2 Safety Ltd shall only be bound to deliver goods in accordance with the general description under which they are sold.
5. Any claim by the purchaser that goods supplied do not conform to the order or the general description under which they are sold must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. If goods are found to be faulty or not as ordered they will be replaced FOC by Sign Up 2 Safety Ltd.
